The platform offers a website and mobile application ("Marketplace”) along with supporting logistics and payment services for the sale and purchase of goods and services ("Products”) within its designated area of operation.
1.3. By accessing and using the Marketplace, users agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. If users do not agree, they must not use the services of the Marketplace.
1.4. Business users affirm their authority to bind any associated business entity to these terms, subjecting both the individual and the entity to these terms.
