2. Return Period and Conditions
Subject to the guidelines set forth in this Returns and Refunds Policy, our sellers on Redirect Mall offer returns for most items within 14 days of delivery (the "return period"). We cannot accept returns for any reason after the return period has elapsed. Please note that this policy does not affect your legal rights against the seller. You can return items purchased on Redirect Mall during the return period for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: All product categories except those excluded below.
Correct Size but Doesn't Fit as Expected:Clothing and footwear only.
Item Malfunction After Usage: All product categories except clothing, sports and fitness equipment, and consumables.
Received a Broken or Defective Item: All product categories.
Damaged Packaging: All product categories.
Missing Parts or Accessories: All product categories.
Received a Used or Expired Item: All product categories except software.
Suspected Fake or Inauthentic Item: All product categories.
Wrong Item/Color/Size/Model: All product categories.
We will only accept returns of items that are
unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, including
their original packaging and intact seals where applicable. Items that become
defective after delivery due to reasonable use, following manufacturer
guidelines where applicable, are eligible for return during the return period.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned. You can only request a return and refund if you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or a fake or inauthentic item. Returns or refunds are not applicable if you've simply changed your mind.
We do not accept returns for customized items, items that you have damaged after delivery, or items covered by a warranty. Please refer to the product page for warranty information.
4. Packaging of Returns
When returning an item, it must be in the exact condition you received it from Redirect Mall, with its original packaging, tags, and labels intact (e.g., shoes should be returned in the original shoe box, and seals on items like audio or video recordings or software must not be removed). You should not include any items unrelated to the returned item in the packaging. Ensure that all personal data is removed from the item, and any associated accounts are de-linked. Redirect Mall is not responsible for any items mistakenly included in a returned package or for data breaches resulting from retained personal information.
If your return is accepted or if you have not received an item you ordered, we aim to refund the purchase price within the specified time frame. In the case of incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded for the full cost of delivery of the returned items upon processing your return.
If the return is not due to a Redirect Mall error or seller error (e.g., a change of mind or incorrect size), you will not receive a refund for delivery fees. The refund request form will detail available payment methods for refund disbursement.
6. Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Forfeiture
All returned items are subject to inspection to
verify the provided return reasons. If your return request is not approved, you
will not receive a refund of the purchase price or delivery fees. We will make
two attempts to redeliver within three business days. If both re-delivery
attempts fail, we will notify you that the item will be held for an additional
30 days. Failure to collect the item within this period will result in
forfeiture, and Redirect Mall may dispose of it as deemed appropriate (e.g.,
sale, donation, recycling, or destruction).
7. No Exchange
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
